NZPAGES is now ranked as the most popular New Zealand search site tracked by Alexa web search.

Starting late 2003, NZPAGES started out on a promotion program to bring its sites and services to a greater audiance, Alexa was used to measure the success of the project.

Alexa was chosen as the mesurement tool by NZPAGES because Alexa is 100% independant and recieves no payments from the sites it measures and ranks unlike several other services that altough provide the same service demand payments for their services and are only open to particpating sites, this actually paints a false picture of which sites are and are not popular.

Overall, NZPAGES is the 28,928th site in the whole world, over previous three months NZPAGES moved up from being ranked 1,235,453th.
