Each step—from sorting and roasting to grinding and molding—is done by hand, ensuring quality and care in every bite. We believe in using minimal ingredients, preserving the authentic taste that mass production often loses. Together with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we’ve designed a unique chocolate bar that reflects our founder Karl’s journey and the remarkable path of cacao to our shores.
